酸梅小番茄
材料 -小番茄 (适量)
调味料-无籽酸梅 (适量)
做法:1. 剪开酸梅,切开番茄2. 将无籽酸梅塞入小番茄即可食用。

腊味饭
材料 : -香菇 (10颗)-腊肠片 ( 3条)-虾米 ( 100克)-米 (四人份)-小葱丝 ( 7-8粒)
调味料: -油 (适量)-酱青 (适量)-胡椒粉 (适量)-黑酱油 (适量)
做法: 1.以香菇和虾米水煮饭至半熟2.腊肉切片,香菇切块,虾米切碎3.炸油葱后滤油,炒腊肠4.炒虾米和香菇并调味5.将材料铺在半熟饭上再煮,直至全熟6.以酱青,黑酱油,葱油和胡椒粉调味

加料绿豆汤
材料:- 绿豆 (250克)- 班兰叶 (适量)- 碱水粽 (适量)- 番薯 (1-2个)- 小西米 (20克)
调味料 - 白糖 (按个人口味)- 水 (1公升)- 椰糖 (1块)
做法 1.把班兰叶加入绿豆中煮至绿豆呈开花状后取出2.加入椰糖,西米,白糖和番薯至西米呈透明状3.放入适量糖调味4.最后加入碱水粽
