面粉粿

面团:-中筋面粉 (300克) -盐 (½茶匙)-蛋 (1个)-水 (适量)
汤料:-鸡肉片 (400克)-酱青 (适量)-木薯粉 (适量)-胡椒粉 (适量)-香菇 (100克)-马尼菜 (300克)-水 (4公升)-鱼精块 (1块)
装饰:-油葱-炸江鱼仔-指天椒粒-酱青
做法:
1.把中筋面粉,盐,蛋和水搅拌成面团后,醒面1小时2.以酱青,木薯粉和胡椒粉腌鸡肉,待用。3.煮鱼精块和香菇至出味4.加入烹煮时间较长的鸡肉5.面粉搓薄,加入汤中煮熟6.加入马尼菜煮熟后即可上桌


焖鸡饭
材料 -鸡块 (1只)-珍珠米 (2杯)-番茄酱 (1罐) -灯笼椒 (1个)-虾 (按喜好)-罐头荷兰豆 (½罐) -洋葱 (1个)-蒜 (1个)
调味料-辣椒粉(Paprika)1茶匙-油 适量
做法:
1.将饭煮成半熟2.水煮虾,之后保留少量水3.鸡块过油,待用4.爆香蒜和葱后,炒鸡块5.炒半熟饭,番茄酱,辣椒粉,灯笼椒和少许虾上汤至全熟6.最后加入虾与荷兰豆炒即可

煎饼: -自发粉(低筋面粉) 200克-蛋(分开蛋黄,蛋白)1个-芥末粉 1茶匙-鲜奶 ¼ 杯(62.5ml) -盐 ½ 茶匙-胡椒粉 ½ 茶匙-水 1 ½ 杯 (375ml)
配料:-三文鱼片 适量-碎腌黄瓜 适量 -芒果酱:-浓忌廉 2汤匙-芒果酸奶 2汤匙 做法1.做煎饼:混合自发粉,芥末粉,胡椒粉,盐,鲜奶,蛋黄和水, 搅拌呈滑2.打蛋白至蓬松后,放入面糊中3.平底锅和模型刷上牛油,倒入面糊煎呈金黄色4.做芒果酱:混合浓忌廉和芒果酸奶5.摆上三文鱼片,芒果酱和腌黄瓜即可
